Otelimizin Fires & Flavors a la carte restaurant'ında çalışabilecek, a la carte ve ekip yönetimi deneyimi olan takım arkadaşları aranmaktadır.
ADAY PROFİLİ
En az 10 yıl deneyime sahip,
Üniversitelerin ve/veya Meslek Yüksek Okulların ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
Ekip yönetiminde deneyim sahibi.
POZİSYON ÖZETİ
Sorumlu olduğu alanlarda üretilen yemeğin kalitesinin sürekliliği konusunda raporlama yaptığı amirlerine yardımcı olur. Görev yaptığı alandaki astlarına liderlik yapar ve tüm gıda ile ilgili işlevleri yönetirken aşçılık yeteneklerini sergiler. Bütçe çalışmalarını yürütür ve misafirlerin ve çalışanların memnuniyetini artırmak için yöntemler araştırır.
