The impact you’ll make

It will be your job to showcase the venue to prospective couples that are looking to have their big day here with us. You will be showing them around the venue and selling the venue and supporting them with all things wedding and event related. You will be proactively promoting all the options open to them, as well as being on hand to answer any questions about our venue and services. You’ll help create the warmest welcomes and support in selling and planning Weddings here.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare proposals, contracts and wedding running orders.

  • Plan the perfect wedding and handover all information to the operational team so that they can execute a seamless wedding.

  • Ensure enthusiasm and positivity when meeting our potential wedding couples and selling the hotel to the best of your potential as a venue to host their wedding.

  • Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials

  • Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining exactly what the guest needs

  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally

  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing and social media.

What we’re looking for

  • Planning, multi-tasking and time-management skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a big advantage

With this role you will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, predominately Monday – Friday day shifts although due to appointment requests for weddings, we do ask that you are able to work every other Saturday or Sunday and the occasional weekday evening, to ensure you can meet with your potential wedding couples.
