If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

Job Summary

What you will be doing

  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests,promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. Assist inpre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.

  • Promptly, accurately and efficiently know howand where to post all charges.

  • Have complete working knowledge of Front Officecomputer or manual system, including all daily transactions and those which arenot performed often.

  • Accurately manage cash handling, includingreceiving cash, checks and credit card information from guests for payment ofhotel charges and making change correctly.

  • Review any reservations with special requestsand work to block rooms accordingly.

  • Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and howto handle each.

  • Have working knowledge of reservations andprocedures, including how to take same day reservations. Should be able to takereservations in approximately 2 minutes. Know and follow cancellationprocedures and relocation procedures when necessary.
