As a Sales Manager - Poactive (m/f/d) you are passionate about sales and are a true sales talent. You know how to successfully bring our hotel to our customers. Together with your team, you will develop strategies that are as unique and innovative as Marriott itself.
Your most important tasks include
Are you a true sales talent? Perfect! With us, you will manage innovative sales activities for your area - from telemarketing to customer meetings.
You take care of the negotiation and creation of framework agreements with your customers from the various segments.
Nobody knows the market better than you - you identify potential customers and win them over for Marriott with suitable measures.
Customer relationship management is the be-all and end-all for you - whether it's personal meet-ups, site inspections or over lunch.
You represent our hotel on fam trips, sales trips or at trade fairs and workshops.
You take care of the continuous market, trend and competitor analysis as well as the creation of reports and statistics.
Be able.
Experience in proactive sales, ideally in the hotel industry.
Completed training in a hotel and / or business studies.
Friendly, courteous & proactive demeanor.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Flexibility, solution-oriented action and multitasking skills
