The Area Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the leisure sales revenue production for all shared/assigned leisure market segments and accounts for the three unique properties: Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection, The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, and Prince Waikiki. As a key contributor, this position will develop, promote, and secure business from the travel agent and consortia market while supporting the growth of the wholesale segment.
Leisure Sales, Hospitality, or Business Management experience with previous experience working in luxury hotels.
ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years working in a similar role preferably with experience in the leisure market segment.
Position will be based on either Oahu or the Island of Hawaii. Candidate must be able to relocate to either island if currently not based in Hawaii.
Must be personable, tactful, collaborative, patient, flexible, proactive, and driven.
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
