What are we looking for in the B&F Bartender?

Previous cocktail bar experience, confidence in leading a team, Experience with dealing with guests in a bar environment, a bit of a night owl who is happy to work at night, weekends and when London gets social.

The role requires the bartenders to learn and understand the full drinks menu, prepare cocktails, set-up and close down the bar, interact with guests creating lasting memories.
