Cleaning, inspecting, and repairing broken machines or defective equipment.

Monitoring inventories and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Performing minor repairs to various systems (masonry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.).

Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Handling landscaping tasks such as lawn care and gardening.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed and parts inventory.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Proven maintenance experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Related degree from a technical college.

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.

Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.

$17.00 per hour
