Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting two F&B Service Supervisors to join the pre-opening team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

  • This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

  • The starting date is estimated in August.

Working during the pre-opening phase of a luxury lifestyle hotel is an incredible opportunity to gain strong expertise in hospitality and a great exposure to Marriott International EMEA leaders. It is indeed a challenging experience but surely a rewarding one!

What you’ll do

  • Act as the point of reference for the F&B outlet operations during the shift.

  • Ensure daily checklists and tasks assignment are completed in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).

  • Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.

  • Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.

  • Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.

  • Order and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system.

  • Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.

  • Conduct daily briefings liaising with the culinary department to ensure alignment.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.

  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What you’ll need:

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.

  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.

  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.

  • A safety-first approach.

  • Positive outlook and dependability.

  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
