Our esteemed hotel offers a variety of culinary experiences, including the Champions Bar, which serves as a sports bar in the evening and will be fully renovated this summer. The Bohemian Lounge & Bar is available to our guests throughout the day, offering a relaxed atmosphere for unwinding. In the evening, Grapeful, our exquisite wine bar, invites guests to enjoy delightful moments. Additionally, we offer a rich breakfast, a first-class banquet area, and comprehensive room service.
If you have extensive knowledge in the field of food and beverage and can demonstrate your organisational skills and leadership abilities, we look forward to receiving your application.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Assistant F&B Service Manager (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

You enjoy working with a wide variety of people and enjoy looking after the well-being of others.
You support our F&B service departments in all operational and administrative activities
You will work with the F&B team to ensure a calm and organized process and work hand in hand with your colleagues even when things get hectic
You have the courage to make decisions, even if they are not the right ones
You inspire not only our guests but also your colleagues with your passion for your job.
This is what we expect from you:
Completed hospitality training and operational F&B experience.
Friendly, courteous manner
Pronounced team spirit
A positive attitude towards life and reliability
Good knowledge of German and English
