POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for equipment storage placement and inventories. Inventory includes materials, equipments, tools. Work closely with other sections and posses the store system administration skill.
The Storekeeper will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Meet the creteria of; Storage System Software, Trust Worthy, Anticipating needs and surpassing expectation at every turn.
Build positive and productive working relationships with subordinates, peers, superiors, business partners, and the community; encourage this behavior in others
Handle difficult situations with poise and self-assurance; demonstrate emotional stability and humility; remain calm, confident, and dependable during a crisis, be willing to take risks publicly
Responsible for proper implementation of daily store administration of Engineering Department.
Responsible for par stock of Engineering Supplies.
Responsible for correct administration and filling system.
Follow all company data safety and privacy policies and procedures. Work with high integrity and protect company assets. Perform personality excellent service. Welcome and acknowledge all employee & co-worker according to company standards, deliver positive attitude & services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance
Experience in hotel engineering
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification: Driver’s License
