POSITION SUMMARY

Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally. Utilize marketing techniques to maximize exposure while maintaining brand identity of Marriott. Identify opportunities to promote to customers and initiate enhancements to enhance the Marriott experience or event on digital platform. Encourage guests or followers to reserve or purchase packages. Explain details and requirements related to the property for all social media inquiries. Verify that KOLs meet eligibility requirements to host and right market for the property. Determine and provide administration process for all social media related activations.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure both uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; express genuine appreciation to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to coworkers’ concerns. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Need related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
