This is what your day looks like:

• Supporting the department management in all matters

• Efficient scheduling for the entire department (approx. 25 employees)

• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards in the rooms and public areas

• Professional care of our international guests

• Representing the department management in their absence

What we expect from you:

• Experience in housekeeping as well as initial leadership experience

• Very good German and English skills

• Passion for luxury hospitality, its guests, and employees

• An eye for detail and a structured way of working

This employment relationship is classified in employment group 2 according to the collective agreement for the hotel industry and is overpaid according to your qualifications.
