The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Assistant Front Office Manager
In this responsible position, you are responsible for the smooth running of the entire front office area (Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Guest Relations and Call Center).
In close cooperation and as a representative of our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ensuring a smooth organizational and administrative running of the front office area
All Front Office activities including the provision of morning, late and night services, including complaint management
Service and holiday planning of the entire department, as well as performance of employee appraisals
Planning and implementation of department meetings and trainings for the front office area
Your Competencies:
professional experience in thehospitality industry and the Front Office
Independence and team spirit
Quality awareness
Sound Operaknowledge
Very goodMS-Office & OPERA knowledge
excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
