This is what your day looks like:

• Welcoming and placing the guests

• Cloakroom management

• Prepare and mark table reservations

• Processing of reservations and inquiries (by phone and email)

• Support of the restaurant manager with administrative activities

This is what we expect from you:

• Professional experience in the luxury hotel industry in the area of ​​guest relations or a comparable position would be an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages ​​would be an advantage

• MS Office knowledge

• Excellent manners and first class appearance

• Reliability, a sense of responsibility and independence

• Very good teamwork skills and an eye for detail

• A positive outlook on life and a friendly nature

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in wage group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and will be overpaid.
